Another SE character! This time it's :iconscaleblade:'s Flatline, a Decepticon medic who likes to experiment on humans after keeping them as pets. Pity he's out of the game. T_T

I know I can't even begin to compare to Scaleblade's art, but I really like this guy, and I've wanted to draw him for quite some time now. ><
